This Privacy Policy explains how Foundry Leap LLC (“Foundry Leap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit foundryleap.com (the “Site”) or contact us. Our portfolio companies maintain their own privacy policies, which govern the information they collect through their own websites, products, and services.

We collect a limited amount of personal information, summarized below.

We do not collect payment information through the Site. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, and we ask that you not send it to us.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies make the Site function and help keep it secure. We also use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, which places cookies on your device to collect information about how you use the Site, such as the pages you visit and how long you stay. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because no uniform standard exists for interpreting these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Portfolio companies. If your inquiry concerns one of our portfolio companies, we may forward it to that company so it can respond to you.

5. How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate the opportunity, and maintain ordinary business records. After that, we delete or de-identify it unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We configure Google Analytics to retain usage data for no more than 14 months.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing welcome@foundryleap.com. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, obtain a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of certain processing.
We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time applicable law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
8. Children
The Site serves adult and business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Visitors Outside the United States
Foundry Leap is based in the United States and processes information here. If you access the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
