This Privacy Policy explains how Foundry Leap LLC (“Foundry Leap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit foundryleap.com (the “Site”) or contact us. Our portfolio companies maintain their own privacy policies, which govern the information they collect through their own websites, products, and services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect a limited amount of personal information, summarized below.

We do not collect payment information through the Site. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, and we ask that you not send it to us.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you; to evaluate acquisition, partnership, and other business opportunities you bring to us; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to understand how visitors use the Site; to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Foundry Leap, our portfolio companies, and others.
3. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site, such as the pages you visit and how long you stay. Google Analytics places cookies on your device, and it loads only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Decline,” Google Analytics does not load. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage so the banner does not reappear on every page. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policy.
You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data on any website by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
The Site serves its own fonts and scripts, so loading a page sends information only to our hosting provider unless you accept analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the Site.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because no uniform standard exists for interpreting these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. If you accept analytics cookies, Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, as described above.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the circumstances described below.
Service providers. Our hosting provider (Hostinger), analytics provider (Google), and email provider (Microsoft) receive personal information only as needed to provide services to us. Messages you send through the contact form reach us by email.
Portfolio companies. If your inquiry concerns one of our portfolio companies, we may forward it to that company so it can respond to you.
Professional advisors. We may share information with attorneys, accountants, and other advisors who owe us confidentiality obligations when reasonably necessary to evaluate a business opportunity you bring to us.
Business transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Foundry Leap or others.
With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose you authorize.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate the opportunity, and maintain ordinary business records. After that, we delete or de-identify it unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We configure Google Analytics to retain usage data for no more than 14 months.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing welcome@foundryleap.com. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, obtain a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of certain processing.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Swiss data protection law applies to you, Foundry Leap LLC is the controller of your personal data. We rely on these legal bases: our legitimate interests in responding to your inquiries, evaluating business opportunities you bring to us, and keeping the Site secure; your consent for Google Analytics cookies; and compliance with our legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to receive it in a portable format; and to withdraw your consent to analytics at any time through the “Cookie settings” link, without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew it. To exercise these rights, email welcome@foundryleap.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work.
We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time applicable law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
8. Children
The Site serves adult and business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Visitors Outside the United States
Foundry Leap is based in the United States and processes information here. If you access the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted.
